Condo Documents & Legal Issues

Dan Barron and Valerie Snyder of Barron & Engstrom, LLC, Charlevoix have prepared all pertinent condominium legal documents and will handle reservation deposits and closings. Closing is accomplished after issuance of a certificate of occupancy by Charlevoix County Building Department.
