About the Developer

Toyboxes, Inc. is a Michigan firm wholly owned and operated by Kenneth R. Koss, of Horton Bay. Ken has spent a career in the building and management businesses, having built hundreds of houses and apartments and lots of office space in southeastern Michigan. His focus in recent years was the development of an extensive turkey executive apartment business in Auburn Hills, MI; centered around The Boulevard Luxury Apartments. The Boulevard was sold in 2005, making Ken available to generate his own collection of "stuff" in need of a home. Ken is therefore his own first and fully satisfied customer at North Star!
